Beauty In Beauty Out

I’ve been sitting with a simple phrase lately:
Beauty in, beauty out.

A gentle thought that the beauty we choose to invite in
becomes the essence of what we’re able to share back with the world.

It’s easy to overlook the small things.
But when our days are filled with beauty
not the curated kind,
it has a way of spilling over.

Into our words, how we speak.
Our energy, how we create.
Our care, how we show up for those around us.

The path of beauty doesn’t ask us to be perfect, only present.

And when we take the time to honour the small, intentional moments...

Beauty the real kind,

The kind that grows from within, the kind that’s shared freely.
Becomes something we naturally offer back to the world.
